Jeff was raised in western New York. Upon graduation from SUNY New York in 1992, Jeff moved to North Carolina and settled in Wilmington in 2001. He has been in the payments business since 1997. Jeff spends his spare time relaxing at the beach and spending time with his two teenage boys.
